Machine-room-less elevators are ideal for all wood buildings, in existing constructions or structures that cannot bear the weight of an added elevator. The weight of the lift is transferred from the overhead pulley to the rail threader and finally to the pit. A motor mounting is necessary for weights exceeding 3,500 lb.
These elevators not only offer great flexibility, but are also very versatile, on both functional (speed and capacity) and aesthetics levels. As there is no machine room, a gearless magnet drive machine is installed inside the elevator shaft, leaving more space for your projects.
